Our newest creation raises the question: How close could you get with CD recording to vinyl, which we believe is still the benchmark in sound reproduction. The answer is: Very close! Our target for the design of the DAC was clear: Longterm stressless and satisfying, joyful listening to CD – close the our analogue experience. To reach this goal, the entire signal tranmission is based on triode class A design. This involves HF-filtering, difference amplification and ouput buffering. Hence we are using at least 4 double triodes (selected ECC88) per channel. Technical data Digital SPDIF optical and coax input 16-24Bit, 32-192Khz, DSD ready Analogue Signal to noise ratio ca. 115dB Output power 1,95V (0dB asymmetric) Audio bandwidth up to 100Khz Ouput impedance < 100 Ohm THD typ. < 0,02% DAW – One version for ultimate performance References Currently none.
